What should I check before choosing 12V or 24V?
Check which voltages are available for the chosen model, its power rating, run length, cable size and voltage drop. A 24V design often reduces current at comparable power, but does not guarantee any particular maximum length.
How do I confirm LED strip controller compatibility?
Check the strip IC, protocol, operating voltage, pixel or segment structure, and controller output. SPI and DMX512 use different control architectures; the necessary decoder and signal chain depend on the system.
Can ATQueen customize LED strip specifications?
ATQueen can review options such as PCB width, LED density, length, color or CCT, control method, connectors, protection and OEM labeling or packaging. Availability, tooling, cost and MOQ depend on the specific request.
What should I specify for High CRI or custom CCT?
Share the required CRI level, CCT, intended application, product format and quantity. High-CRI and specialized color options depend on model and LED supply; any color-tolerance target must be reviewed separately.
What technical files or test reports can I request?
Ask for the current model-specific datasheet, wiring information or available integrating-sphere report. Documentation depends on the actual model, revision and applicable tests; not every test report exists for every product.
What should I send ATQueen for a quotation?
Tell us the application, target voltage, color or CCT, control type, PCB width, power or density needs, protection requirements and estimated quantity. Drawings or photos help, but are not required for an initial review.
